Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

Clients pay for hosting on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Payment must be up to date to maintain active service.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds for active hosting periods once payment is made. Exceptions may be considered if downtime is caused by Byte Hosting errors.

3. Revoking Access

Access may be revoked without refund if:

  • Payment fails or is insufficient.
  • Terms of Service are violated.
  • Panel access is shared with non-paying users.
